Introduction
Regressionly is a software testing team that plugs into yours. It runs always-on regression suites powered by AI vibe testing, with an expert human tester in the loop on every single run. AI gives the speed and the coverage; a person gives the judgment — and signs off.
Regressionly is never fully autonomous. A human sign-off is always part of the workflow.
Why it exists
Teams that adopt AI coding assistants often double how fast they ship — and quietly lose their grip on quality. Features land faster than anyone can re-test what already exists, and AI-generated code can pass its own AI-generated tests while still breaking real user flows in ways only a person would notice.
The usual answer is more automation. Regressionly's answer is different: keep the automation, add a human. AI vibe-testing agents provide the speed and coverage; experienced testers in India provide the judgment, reviewing every run, every night.
The Regressionly loop
Every build goes through the same three stages:
- AI vibe testing. AI agents exercise your application like real users — clicking, typing, exploring edge cases — and run the full regression suite on every build.
- Human review — always. A senior tester reviews every AI run: triaging failures, catching what automation rationalises away, and judging what a machine cannot — is this actually right for a user?
- Verified release. You get a morning-ready report with a human signature on it: what passed, what broke, what changed.
Then the loop runs again — every build, every night. That is the regression part. More detail: The nightly loop.
What "AI vibe testing" means
It is exploratory testing done by AI agents that use your application the way a person would — navigating flows, filling forms, probing edge cases — rather than running brittle pre-written scripts. It gives breadth and speed that no manual team can match.
Why a human, if the AI tests?
Because AI systems are confident even when they are wrong. An AI agent will mark a subtly broken flow as "passing" if the page loads and the buttons click. A human tester knows what the feature is for and what a user would put up with — and owns the verdict. Every report carries the name of the senior tester who reviewed it.
Team extension from India
Regressionly extends your QA team rather than replacing it:
- Your day, onshore. Your QA team pairs with developers on new features and does real-time exploratory testing on the sprint.
- Our night, in India. The pod runs the full regression suite on the day's builds, sweeps every critical flow with AI vibe testing, and a senior tester triages and signs off on every run.
- Your morning. A human-verified report is waiting before your stand-up.
The time difference is the engine of the model: your builds are tested while your team is offline. You get a dedicated pod that learns your product deeply, and you can scale it up or down with your release cadence — no hiring cycle.
What Regressionly tests
Regression is the flagship, but every service runs through the same human-in-the-loop model:
- Regression testing — always-on suites, run on every release.
- AI vibe testing — agents explore your product like real users; humans verify everything they flag.
- Functional and end-to-end testing — across browsers, devices and environments.
- API and integration testing — contract, integration and negative testing.
- Performance testing — load, stress and soak tests, with human analysis.
- Accessibility and UAT support — WCAG audits and structured acceptance cycles.

How it compares
AI-only tools are fast but credulous. Traditional QA outsourcing is thorough but slow. Regressionly is built to be both:
| Regressionly | AI-only testing tools | Traditional QA outsourcing | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time to first regression report | 2 weeks | Days | 2–3 months |
| Who is accountable for a missed bug | A named human | A model | A ticket queue |
On top of that, Regressionly pairs AI-speed test execution with a human review of every run, overnight regression with morning reports, a suite maintained as your app evolves, and a model that extends your team rather than replacing it.
Getting started
Every engagement starts with a free two-week pilot on your real application, with no commitment. A pilot starts within a week of the kickoff call; within two weeks you have a running regression suite on your critical flows and your first human-verified report. Full coverage grows from there, sprint by sprint.
What Regressionly needs from you: a test environment, a walkthrough of your critical user journeys, and a Slack or Teams channel. Test design, automation, execution, triage and reporting are handled for you.
If you already have Playwright, Cypress or Selenium suites, they are adopted and extended. If you have nothing, the suite is built from scratch — and you own all of it, including the code.

Principles
- A human signs everything. You always know who was sure, and why.
- AI is a power tool, not a replacement. No verdict ships that a human has not owned.
- Extend teams, never replace them. Your QA engineers keep the high-context work.
- The boring bugs matter most. A broken filter or a payment edge case is what churns customers.
